Elan Branas had a ton of fun playing in the Championship but his journey to the top spot comes to an end.
After dinner, Elan was short stacked and looking for a spot to survive or double up.
He shipped with A-3 and was called by Cliff Josephy who tabled A-6.
The courteous Josephy shouted out, "Chop, Chop" and after the flop of 7-K-K that seemed like a distinct possibility.
Alas the turn brought a 6 and the river a 9 sending Branas home in 15th Place earning $12,550.
