On the last hand before break Ian Palomo and Russ Dykshteyn play the biggest pot of the tournament.  Dykshteyn is the chip leader with 1.2 million, while Palomo is a top 10 stack with 750k.

Blinds 4k/8k/500 ante

Palomo (CU) raises to 18k
Dykshteyn (BB) raises to 50k
Palomo makes it 85k total
Dykshteyn 5-bet shoves 1.2 million and has Palomo (750k) covered.
Palomo calls

Dykshteyn A♠ 2♠
Palomo: K K♣

An ace flops and the table can't believe it.  Just like that Palomo is on the rail and Dykshteyn extends his chip lead and now has 2 million.

Palomo, one of the Borgata good guys, takes the beat in stride and winds up 35th for $6,275.
