Blinds are up and players are down. The cry of "Seat Open!" has been heard several times already. That means bounties have been collected. When a player collects a Black Chip, that's theirs to keep no matter what happens subsequently in the tournament.
Players have the option to re-enter and rejoin the action as many times as they want, through level six.
As of now, there is no waiting at the registration/re-entry window.
