Event 3: 2nd Place - Navid

$400 + $50 H.O.R.S.E.

 Al Navid (Fairfax, VA)
$5,898
Playing Stud:

All the chips went in and Yuebin Guo came up with trip 5s to take the pot.  Al Navid was busted, finishing second for $5,898.

Al Navid, the "Persian Diversion" won a preliminary WSOP Circuit event last month, along with $30,969.  That was playing No Limit Hold'em.

Al says this is his first-ever live HORSE tournament, making his second place finish even more extraordinary.  He works as a computer consultant and just plays poker as a hobby.  If he can find a dog-sitter, he may be back to play some other events during the series.
