$260 + $40 + $100 Black Chip Bounty NLH (Re-Entry)
Way to go to Jim S. who just won the first Borgata tournament he ever played in.
"I had to be patient...I picked my spots and it worked out" said Jim.
Part of Jim's strategy was to show a lot of hands. Players became afraid of him...afraid he always had the goods. Jim confessed he was setting up a couple key bluff's he wanted to implement at the final table. Those successful bluffs made him the chipleader with three players left.
A good mix of skill and luck for Jim who caught his share of lucky cards when needed.
He reached the final table with 120,000 and ended the night with 7 bounties.
The final winning hand of the night showdowned Jim's A-2 vs. Matt Burnitz (Paoli, PA) K-2.
Both players hit top pair on a flop of K-A-3.
Turn brought a 4 and the river a J for the victory.
Jim takes home the trophy and $12,485.
